Empty Legs is a platform operated by Pointiful that connects OBC (On Board Courier) brokers with couriers who have available empty leg flights. By registering for and using the platform, you agree to these terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Brokers require admin approval before gaining access. Couriers are activated upon email verification. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
Couriers may share their real-time location with brokers through the platform. Location sharing is controlled by the courier through precision and visibility settings. Couriers can stop sharing their location at any time. Location data is used solely for the purpose of coordinating empty leg flights.
Couriers are responsible for the accuracy of flight information they submit. The platform does not guarantee the availability of any listed empty leg. Brokers and couriers coordinate directly regarding flight arrangements.
We collect and process personal data as necessary to operate the platform, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and location data. Data is stored securely and is not sold to third parties. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms.
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Pointiful is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform or from arrangements made between brokers and couriers.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
